It was as early as 2000 that UGE first established itself in the local energy sector in order to provide its efficient services to its ever expanding clientele base, with the main core business of the lucrative oil industry. Few years later on led to the formation of the several successor companies, which then were structured and joined under the common corporate roof of the UGE group in Singapore in 2007.

UGE was inaugurated and till present day is headed by its sole owner, who despite his young age is one of the top leaders and successful businessmen in the energy industry in the CIS countries and Middle East.

Since the establishment the company is actively involved in business activities outside of Singapore, opened a division in Dubai, and have established partnerships and clients in countries like Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, CIS and other countries.

The company is focusing primarily on the business activities in the Caspian region and in the CIS countries. The UGE's main focus is on the petrochemical sector, oil and related products trading, oil machinery and equipment trading, construction and other fields. Major western and local companies from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia and CIS countries are among the reliable business partners of the Company.

The company successfully completed a large number of major projects and has been recently awarded new projects in oil and gas industry in Azerbaijan, Turkey and CIS countries.
